Please note that all meet and greet bookings require a minimum of either 2 characters or 1 character and 1 assistant. For safety reasons, mascot characters must always be accompanied by an assistant, maintaining a 1:1 ratio of mascots to assistants.

For larger events with more than 4 characters booked, an assistant is required to accompany the group to ensure smooth coordination and safety.

We only accept event bookings from customers who are aware that we don't represent any licensed characters.
